custom extension theme trouble

I'm trying to customize the corerpg by creating an extension but I could not identify what this region changes on the desktop.png all the others have already been able to figure out which region they cover.

The base desktop.png itself doesnt matter - its the slices that are defined in the graphics_frames.xml
Match each of those up and see where you end up.

The slices are in the format: start-x, start-y, length-x, length-y although some might use -ive anchors to anchor the fram to the right edge or the bottom edge instead of the length measurements.
