NPCs weapons and inventory?

How do I change NPC weapons, inventory, and skills ..etc? Drag and drop from other lists doesn't seem to do anything

NPCs in official books are very lightly statted and that is how FG has implemented them in most rulesets.
Open another NPC and examine the weapons trings and replicate that in your NPC.
