Duplicate PHB Module

Having issue with players getting runtime errors trying to open PHB. When opening PHB, a screen of scrolling errors pops up and crashes FG (Players cleared cache, reinstalled FG, nothing helped).

I think error is related to a duplicate PHB listed in DM's FG. There are two copies of the PHB and there are duplicates of everything contained in PHB. (Duplicates not showing for players, only DM)

Started new campaign file to see if this fixed the issue, but the new campaign file now also lists two copies of PHB. Has anyone seen this happen before?

Did the DM clear his cache? It sounds like possibly FG didn't update properly. Is the DM seeing two copies of everything in his vault folder?

Yep, sounds like this . Or the DM has another PHB - from PAR5E or similar.
