Win32/Heri virus in 3.3.0 exe

I do not know much about viruses, so this might be an easy fix or might be a local issue, but I thought I'd ask here.

When I updated to the latest version of FG (3.3.0) and tried to run the fantasygrounds.exe, my anti-virus software (AVG subscription) detected Win32/Heri (https://www.avgthreatlabs.com/au-en/virus-and-malware-information/pu/paid/?utm_source=TDPU&utm_medium=RS&CTRY=au&LNG=us&PRTYPE=IS&V=2016&AI=0&BE=165&IDNT=QEVJRF9GaV92aXJ8JW5hbWUlPVdpbjMyL0hlcmk&IDN=YzpcR2FtZXNcRmFudGFzeSBHcm91bmRzXEZhbnRhc3lHcm 91bmRzLmV4ZQ) and recommended 'Protection' which quarantined the file.

Now, I can't start Fantasy Grounds. What should I do? The description of the virus (link above) sounds serious.
