View Full Version : Archetypes Not Showing Up

Howdy all,

I had purchased the "D&D Complete Core Class Pack" a while back. I just had a quick question about it. While building a character, I has noticed that most character classes nothing beyond the first archetype for a class seems to show up. What would the reason for this be? Any help would be very apprecaited.

Make sure you open the Fighter in the 5e DD PHB Deluxe module? not in the 5E Basic Rules for the Player.

Yup! That's in the 5E SRD not just the basic rules.

Once you open the DD PHB you can close the Basic rules and SRD, they aren't needed for character creation.

Gotcha! Still not seeing the other archetypes but that does fix some clutter lol.

Can you post a screenshot of the fighter from your PHB so that we can see what you are seeing

I posted one above. I've just been going to "classes" and then "fighter" (for example) within FG. Unless that's the wrong place to draw from?

Zach was asking for one like the first one attached here. The one you posted we can't tell what module(s) you have open and are using.

All three of the modules in the attached image have the Fighter class in them, only one of them has more than one archetype.

Well, I'm a dummy lol. I forgot that I had to update FG after the deluxe rules purchase. It's all showing up now. Thank you Zacc and Morar for all of your help.

We've been updating our podcast to 5E (we've played 4E for about 5 years now) and it's a process.
