Looks like you might have inadvertently made some changes to those modules, right click on them and select revert changes.

You shouldn't be seeing any images in that list for the Monster Manual as that was updated a while back to not show images for the MM in the campaign data list. Go to your Module Activation screen, right-click on the MM module and select "Revert Changes".
