Saving new default start position for chant window

I'm curious if there is a way to set a new default starting position for the chat window (the window where all of the die rolls and chatting shows up).

I'm sure you could do it with an extension but not otherwise. You can unlock the chat window and move/resize it within FG but I assume you know that.

No. There are a bunch of windows that have been deemed important to know where they are always placed.
