Exporting Character custom Character action/effects

For each of my characters I have built actions/effects for certain magic items and unique abilities (i.e. a heal for a cure moderate wand, Dwarf racial AC +4 against giants, Investigators inspiration). Is there anyway to export these to a library so I could drag and drop then on another character in a different character in a different campaign?

I know you can export just about everything else from a campaign.

I think there is an actions character sheet someplace on the forums. I know I have a copy of it, but I am not at home. Let me take a look around and I will see what I can find.

Otherwise, I think you can make them campaign effects and there is an extension around that allows you to export those effects. But the character sheet might be the easiest as it can be imported and deleted at will.
