Ok, so I have a really, really.... really stupid question. My group is having fun with 5E and D&D, but I am thinking at giving them a break after being in my homebrew campaign for the last year. I was looking around, trying to find something fun, interesting and a little different. But, something that could still run through 5E. One player in my group showed me Incarnate: The Last of the Lacers. Being a fan of a certain element bending show, I was curious if it would be possible to try and par5e this into FG. I would try and contact the owner of this material first and ask them, but was also just curious if it would even work in FG. But, it's already been listed on DMsGuild for awhile also.

We are just a NPO charity playing and streaming our games, so, it gets a little weird on some content.

Thanks and keep playing!

If its 5e compatible you can probably open a blank prep campaign and enter a lot of this in the new backgrounds, classes and races windows/tools.
Export and use in your primary game/campaign.

Pretty sure if you're converting it for your own use, there is no copyright infringement. As long as you don't share it with others or try to sell it you're fine.

Wait... into the what? That's an option?

As long as you have legally obtained the material for your personal use, you can convert it into any format you want (i.e. FG). You can't distribute that content.

Streaming it has not yet been challenged as a means of distribution (since you are not distributing the "content", only the activity of you and your group playing it). Given the large number of streamers doing something similar, plus other real legal considerations, no one I've heard of considers that there is any need to obtain a license from a game or system or similar IP holder in order to stream your activity of using it.
