I noticed this adventure in the FG store and grabbed it. It appears to be remarkably well organized, comes with a bunch of battle maps, 5 or 6 tables, and looks really solid. I don't know who put it together, but I am really pleased with the quality of it!
I don't own the PDF yet - I have been going through the adventures in sequence and only own the first 4. Anyhow, I was a bit stunned at the price - the PDF is $12 and the FG version is $5 which leads me to believe that the Book of Lore section might not be here.
EDIT: Nope, the advertisement specifically mentions the Book of Lore section. Just a good deal!
