Issue with NPC attacking PCs

So I was doing a video cast last night to show off fantasy grounds and I was using Savage Worlds ruleset with the fantasy companion. I could target the PC to the NPC and attach, the NPC to Another NPC but I could not target a NPC to PC and attack. Any ideas?

Not everything was in the CT I was explaining what could actually attack what.... sorry.

Well everything should be in the CT and from the CT onto the map for correct linkage.

sorry yes... Combat tracker to map, is correct

OK then I'm confused as to the issue. If you want to do attacks everything needs to be in the CT. If something isn't in the CT that would be your starting point for it not working.
