Fantasy Grounds: Hoard of the Dragon Queen trouble

I bought Fantasy Grounds: Hoard of the Dragon Queen from DM's Guild and all I got was the Fantasy Grounds User Manual with no Hoard of the Dragon Queen anywhere. How can I get this fixed?

So, did you download the exe file from the DMsG? You do know there is no PDF file, in case that is what you are looking for.

Also, you noticed this right:

You should have received an email with the details of how to get the product - which more than likely will be pushed through the FG update process.

So:
1) Do you have a current FG license/subscription?
2) Have you entered your FG website username and password in the FG settings window and ran an update?
3) Have you loaded up a 5E campaign and gone to Library -> Modules and looked for the DD Hoard of the Dragon Queen module?
