Export TO Hero Lab

Can I export PF ruleset characters to a format that Hero Lab can use? I have a weekly FG group and we meet live twice a year. Manually copying characters to paper is cumbersome. ideally, we could import into HL, then print.

Thanks. If the answer is already buried somewhere in the forums, I have not been able to find it. I'm not smart enough to figure out how to get the search function to distinguish that I want to go INTO Hero Lab.

There's no method to export to a format that Hero Lab can from FG.
