Would anybody be willing to Par5e the Ultramodern 5E ruleset by Dias Ex Mechina.I bought the PDF and love it,I've tried in vain to use the Par5e program but just can't wrap my around all the in's and out's of it.

I haven't seen this book, but if it's a ruleset then it can't be parsed. A ruleset is quite an undertaking. If it's just classes and backgrounds etc that could be done. Whichever, there would need to be a license agreement between the Publisher and Smiteworks for anything to happen at all.
