Player with Runtime errors

I have a new player to Fantasy grounds that upon connecting to my server gets this runtime error:

When he selects character he gets this:

Any ideas what I can tell him to correct the issue? And if this was already touched upon Im sorry I didnt see it when googling.

Try this thread. It looks like a permissions issue on your player's machine.
