up to date anatomy of a ruleset?

As the update to the BRP ruleset has gone totally radio silent (which sorry smiteworks, should be your responsibility to update it tbh as we paid you for it), does anyone have a more up to date version of the anatomy of a ruleset, or even a dataset schema for v3.x.x?

The one on the wiki is still based on v2 and is rather out of date.
