I apologize if this has been asked before...

I can manually adjust a PC with Lycanthropy, but are there effects or something like it that I can "add" to the player so when they attack another humanoid with a bite, it'll ask for a DC XX save or contract the curse?

It would have to be added as a power on the Actions tab that had a DC save associated with it. The player would need to apply the opposed save action after successfully hitting, and then apply the lycanthropy effect if they fail.

There's no linking of rolls/effects in any ruleset at this point.

Yes, you can add such effects in the actions tab. Add a new effect which is a cast effect. You can handle the attack from there together with a saving throw. You can then add additional effects for any conditions or curses that might apply. See here (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/wiki/index.php/5E_Character_Sheet#Powers) for how to set up powers on the action tab.

Perfect, exactly what I needed to know! Thanks Zacchaeus!

I'm trying to do something similar in my d20 Modern Zombie game.
