5E Druid Use

Hello all! I am new to being a DM via Fantasy Grounds. I just bought the Ultimate edition, MM, Class packs, and the POA module as that is the adventure i am running for my group currently and i wanted to convert my pen and paper game to a digital platform as some of my players may move out of the city. I have a level 5 Druid who loves to Wild Shape and Conjure Animals.

How on Faerun do I handle this via FG?

I have tried dropping an NPC into the PC characters Tab, and a few other things, and cant seem to get it to work. How does everyone else handle this?

Thank you!! That was what I tried, and it worked intermittently, but I think I understand this better now.
