I am hoping someone out there can make me an extension that will take the latest dice roll (except the GM roll) and send it to a text file that gets overwritten every time but has 3 different text files to record the last three rolls.

Format:

roll1.txt
Toren rolled: 14+1=15

roll2.txt
Balfor rolled: 10+3=13

roll3.txt
Steihn rolled: 2=2

Direct access to files is restricted by the FG API for security reasons. An extension could be made so that the data is written to a portion of the FG database and then exported in XML format.

Just to be clear - I'm not going to write this for you, sorry. Too much on.

They players could save the log file each session, I think that is also made on the player side isn't it?

It's only on the GM side - called chatlog.html in the campaign directory.

There is also a chat log scrubber someone made out there. No idea what ou would need to do to get it down to what you want. But it might prove useful.
