Missing Grid controls

Hello

I am missing the grid controls for maps now. Noticed this with one of the guys I was playing with having the same issue the other night also. I am talking about the controls for sliding the grid L/R/UP/Down and the mask removal on/off button. Not sure if there is a command now for toggling those or what I'm missing.

Any help would be great.
