is the Combat Tracker calculating CR ?

I think this is the CR of the npc/character? but I wanted to ask to be sure...
because it seems to vary in some unpredictable ways.

In this image (that I grabbed from the wiki for the Combat Tracker.. the number 0.2 is shown. but I can not find where in the Wiki nor other userguides what this MEANS.

As far as I know, that number you have highlighted there has something to do with the token scale when that token is placed on a battlemap.

I could be way wrong, though.

The size multiplier for the token on the map. If you hover over it and spin the mouse wheel, the token will get larger or smaller.
