What is the ideal way to deal with custom rulesets and upgrades? I have seen in the upgrade notes there are upgraded definition files. Should we be using these new files? Also, should we need to do anything with the db.xml file?
Another question with the upgraded definition files, there are some graphic files that are not where they say they are. For example, data\icons\icon_lockzoom.png is in the upgraded definition but is not in the location it describes.
