Using Pathfinder Chase Deck in 5e

So I've been binging on GeoQuester's Game Master 911 and in one of the episodes, he mentions using a Pathfinder Chase Deck in 5e. As I had just opened a primer adventure with a chase, it got me thinking. If I had been doing this as a full fleshed out adventure, I might of played out, instead of narrated the scene.

In the campaign we are running now is centered in Neverwinter and has had it's fair share of urban adventures. Something like this might come in handy. Perhaps a rollable table.,?

Has anyone ever used this set in or out 5e?

A thought has come to mind ... I am away from my books and resources at the moment ... but isn't there a table like this in the DMG?
