I also dont know how to DM a game of CoC. If someone with experience would help me id greatly apreciate it. Please PM me as for some reason i dont get notifications of posts. Thanks you

Hey JC, you've posted similar threads before and you've been given feedback. Why don't you be very specific with the information you want. This post is very nebulous and you're probably putting off someone helping you by asking "I also don't know how to DM a game of CoC" - this could be a huge ask from someone and so you might be driving potential assistance away.

Please provide some bullet points on the assistance you are looking for.

As has been mentioned before, the Keeper's Guide (assuming you're looking at 7th edition CoC) has a lot of good sections and advice on running a CoC game.

Here are two videos showing games of Call of Cthulhu in Fantasy Grounds - these should help to give you an overview:

Just my opinion here but the best way to learn a game system is to play a few games, Plus COC from a strictly mechanical standpoint, is not a hard game to learn. That being said it is a very difficult game to do well. It is highly story driven and takes a lot of preparation. I really think if you want to run a good game you should play in a few more games and you should pick up how to get the right feel.

I'd also recommend you consider picking up this excellent book: https://www.chaosium.com/doors-to-darkness-pdf/

It has 5 scenarios aimed at the beginning Keeper (GM) and the first chapter covers "Tips of game mastering and playing Call of Cthulhu."
