[Mac] Purchased Module Through Steam, Not Appearing In Game?

Running FG on a Mac through Steam...

Purchased 5e Core Pack through them... Received a receipt and it said that the data would be downloaded and added to my game. It never showed up after restarting.

Found and old old thread on the Steam forums saying that I needed to email support with my steam receipt (after creating an account here) and user name... I've done that, just wanted to know if that was still the process to update my game with the new module? If so, what's the wait time like? If not, what do I need to do to download and install the content?

Yes, that is still the same procedure. DLC purchased via steam won't work on a mac so if you make further purchases you should buy it from the store.

Someone from support will no doubt be in touch with you shortly and get you all sorted out.
