Did the custom desktop extension get removed?

I used to use it all the time but I have to wipe my hard drive and now I don't see it for download. The way that the game handles desktop png is something I can't seem to grasp, so I can't get the decal and image to look right.

Anyone have that extension?

Which one are you talking about? There are several extensions for changing the decal and for the theme but it depends on which ruleset you are going to be using.

I think it just allowed you to put in any image and call it desktop.png. It didn't have a decal feature
