Details of your scenario: We will start with a mod and then maybe move into a campaign of my making. I want interesting and immersive characters, insane, psychotic, schizophrenic, dark and deranged. For example, a half elf shunned by an elven society developed an extreme hatred of elves and became an elf hunter, has a pouch of elf ears from his kills. A knight punches a pregnant serving wench in the stomac because she is withholding information he needs to complete a quest. A warforged assassin who likes to kill humans because flesh is weak and steel is strong and he wants to prove it.
I want a party of characters who will go into a town check out the jobs that are available and be like, "dragon, nah too hard, fire deamon, nah too hot, giant, nah too tall, goblins, ok we got this"
I want unique characters like a half-orc/werebear, a warforged/chain deamon, wereshark,
