Make sure in settings that you have entered your forum username and password and that you have the correct license key information.

It may also be your internet that is not functioning too well; by make sure of the above information first amd let us know how you get on.

That normally means that something is blocking your access from your local computer (or even for the Updater program) to the Fantasy Grounds patch system. Where are you connecting from? We have seen that some users had to use a VPN service to access it from Indonesia or China.
