You can go to Youtube and search for FG2 and Savage Worlds. You'll find a lot of people playing and can learn by watching.

Another thing you could do is ask to watch full/existing games in progress - maybe even participate as an NPC :)

Topdecker has the right idea. I observed a Last parsec game for over a month before I could jump in and play. I played for just over a month then took over as GM. I run a Savage Worlds " The Last Parsec" game every other Wednesday. Our next session is Wednesday 4 Jan 8pm EST. You are welcome to join and observe. If you wish to do so PM me and I will send you the coordinating instructions. Our Team is just finishing up a Halloween SciFi horror adventure. It should be interesting ....unless it turns into a TPK, which is very possible.

A very good source of information for people new to SW is the scenario "The wild hunt". It has the game rules, characters and everything else needed to run the game. All for free in one PDF https://www.peginc.com/store/test-drive-savage-worlds-the-wild-hunt/

However I recommend that you just jump in and join a game. Tell the people at the table that you are new and they will all help. There is plenty of games out there crying out for new players. I have Ultimate but I am new to the Savage Worlds system myself. That said, I want to DM and learn, I already got the Deluxe core stuff, and am debating 50 Fathoms, Sundered Skies, or Last Parsec..if you want to learn together I am down
