Ranger Fighting Style - Archery

I had a player add this fighting style to his abilities, but the +2 modifier isn't showing up. Does he need to manually add the +2 to the bonus box under the magnifying glass weapon box?

Yes. FG doesn't automate this so the player would need to add the bonus to the weapon directly in the actions tab.
