Table creation - 12 row (d12) tables

Is the fastest way to create a d12 table (one result per roll) to create by size for 10 and then add two rows?

Err, I guess you mean create for 10, then add 2. Yeah. I also use the card extension to create odd sized tables (even if I'm not going to use them for cards), and then use the "reset cards" option to fill in all the numbers for me.

Yeah, I meant 10 and edited it. Too bad the create by size does not have an option for all standard dice, like the d12.
