Manually Refreshing Recover Dice

How does a player or GM manually add back recovery dice to the character sheet? The GM giving a long rest automatically gives back half, but that can't be changed. I'm not seeing any place to drop dice or Ctrl+mouse wheel to alter the remaining number of recovery dice.

There's a HD Used field in the class detail section that tracks the number of hit dice already used. You can manually adjust the remaining hit dice there.
