Character converter question

I've parsed and created my mods from DDI, made my characters on the CB, and exported them. I was wondering if you could add the 4e mods to the character converter to have that info applied in fantasy grounds?

Currently the only mods I see are PF3.5, and Savage Worlds.

4e content is not released under an OGL or SRD so it cannot be shared and there is no license so it cant be sold either.
