There is some way to change the map marker icons? If not that's my suggestion :D

Can you expand a bit on what you mean. I don't understand the question.

We can drag texts from the Story and set it as a link, a marker in the map. Currently the marker is a pin point, I wish we could customise this pin point.

Nope, can't be customised in the current version of Fantasy Grounds.

There are a couple of requests for future consideration of the FG developers in the FG wishlist:
