View Full Version : Using IF to specify weapon attack

I'm a little confused as to whether or not I can do this...

I have a sun sword, so I have an effect - IFT: TYPE (undead); DMG: 1d8 radiant

That resided permanently on my PC because it was the only weapon I attacked with. I've now added a second weapon in my off hand. In order to not have to remove and reapply that effect each time I attack (because it doesn't apply for the offhand weapon), is it possible to tell the CT to recognize the weapon? I don't think there's a way to do it with IF conditions, and you also can't code the weapon itself, so what can I do?

ThanX guys. I think my brain isn't working right and I just can't figure this out.

Nope.

You can either remove the effect when you have to roll damage for the off hand, or have a different weapon damage and ask the GM if you should use the normal damage roll or the vs undead roll.

Dang it. That's what I thought. ThanX for confirming Zac.

How can you call it a bag when its all open?
Ahem... Id prefer to think that you do always wear it... the alternate is even more like bag pipes and haggis.

It's pronounced philibeg :)

The bag bit is a sporran.

It's the same as how you Aussies are all cork hat wearing ockers :)
