Attacks missing/hidden

Last night one of my players noticed his weapons weren't visible (see figure) He has the attacks hot keyed but cant see them on the character sheet. When I add a weapon nothing happens or is visible. Any thoughts?

Did you "equip" the weapon?

Your player needs to go into 'preparation' mode in the actions tab and he'll see all his weapons listed. Then he'll need to click the icon to the left of the weapon line until it shows equipped. When he then changes to Combat mode only the weapons he has designated as equipped will show up.
