In-line graphics?

I noticed that a number of the new products released post version 3.2 appear to have screen shots showing in-line graphics (i.e. graphics mixed in with text).

How is this accomplished? I guessing that some blood sacrifice offered to XoMaL, dark lord of the text, is needed, but it is just a guess.
