Game Calendar issues

I created a thread in the LFG/LFP forum, and got good response for my game. I also created a Calendar event, and I can see it in the Calendar list https://www.fantasygrounds.com/calendar/?id=2248 but it does not show up on the actual calendar. What am I doing wrong.?

I'm guessing you have it tagged as private or not accepting players.

Also, only campaigns that have a scheduled event date will show up in the graphical calendar. If you want it to show up there, make sure it is public, accepting players and has a play date posted for the next session or two.

Doug, not directly related but it wouldn't hurt to do some clean up of the abandoned flotsam that litters the calendar. There's a lot of defunct or obviously never started games in the list.

I just ran a query to mark older entries as private.

Thanks for the clarification. I did not have it set to accepting new players, as I already was full.

If your game is private or not accepting players it isn't going to show up in the calendar unless you yourself are looking or someone who is in the game is looking.
