Uses per Rest no Day

Is there a way to set an ability to have X uses per short rest instead of a long rest (day)? The old version had this.. the new one seems to be lacking this.

Remove it from any group and the toggle button will reappear.

There is currently a problem with this which has been addressed in 3.2.1 (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?34882-Test-Release-v3-2-1)
