Email Notifications?

Hi Guys,

I haven't been getting email notifications from the FG forums for a little while. I know there were some issues that the forum administrators have since fixed. So some people who were not getting email notifications are now getting them again.

However, I still haven't been getting notifications. So just checking to see if anyone else on the PFS forums have been having the same issue lately?

Ive been getting mine with the normal part that you only get one update email per thread until you visit the forum again.

Mine were going directly to spam for some reason.

Check your Subscriptions (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/subscription.php?folderid=0)
Check your Settings (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/profile.php?do=editoptions)
Check your Email Address (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/profile.php?do=editpassword)

If all are OK and you are set to receive emails, then you should be getting them.

Certain services (especially MSN.com, outlook.com, hotmail.com) have overly aggressive email spam filtering that not only marks legitimate emails from our server to you as spam, but in some cases actually deletes it without placing it in your junk or spam folders. To combat this, please try adding fantasygrounds.com to your email whitelist. Alternately, you can add new contacts for [email protected] and [email protected] and those emails should no longer be blocked from reaching you. If you have further difficulty, please try emailing us directly as [email protected] and we would be happy to help get you any information you didn't receive.
