Guest Client Crashes after update

I have the Ultimate license, my players have the guest clients. We are able to make connections with each other. Unfortunately, my players are crashing when they attempt to open the PHB Deluxe.

Ruleset: 5th ED.

Clear the player cache - on the player side -> Join Game screen, click the "nuke" button in the top right.
