Is anyone translating Eberron or D&D 3.5 adventures for this system?
The system is here but I don't see anyone using it yet and I'm not clear on how to set a lot of this stuff up. How do you translate a published adventure over? It seems like that would be a hassle and I see nothing offered here on the site.
Where is everything?

Yep ... me! See my website (URL below), or visit my RPGNow store at:
https://www.rpgnow.com/default.php?manufacturers_id=666
You can find most all product announcments in the ARMORY section of the forums.
Now, understand that Ebberron is copyrighted by Wizards of the Coast, and you cannot copy and distribute their adventures without WOTC's permission. That said, there are top-double-secret-probation plans in the works to bring Ebberron to the FG community. This is not going to happen tomorrow, but hopefully soon if everything goes according to the best laid plans of men and monkeys. 8)
Stay tuned ...
.. wow ... I just noticed I was vendor 666 ...

People are playing on FG!
No need to buy anything beyond FG if you want to play. The FG forums are not setup in such a way as to display campaigns, but you can see campaigns forming using these forums. Mostly, it seems like folks are running their own homebrews. Probably what you'ld expect from early adopters. You can check DDO forums (https://www.ddo.com/forums/index.php) and AdventuresomeDreams.com (https://www.adventuresomedreams.com/index.php) for some campaigns using FG. (There is actually a poll at AdventuresomeDreams.com (https://www.adventuresomedreams.com/index.php) concerning what DMs are running.)
PS. One of the campaigns I'm in (using simply Fantasy Grounds, with no special additions) is set in Eberron.
