Blank NPC I can seem to get rid of and can't see my NPC's

I was trying to us the Advance Bestiary and some kind of error created a blank NPC I can't get rid of plus I can create new groups. Here is what I get when I try to find NPC I created. I can still find them by searching but they arn't displayed

Yes the DOE extensions from dulux oz...locations, sounds, organizaion, and base
