Races

If I wanted to create a new race, and have no clue how to use parse....how would I do it?

A few options:
1) Learn to use PAR5E. Some basic example of race can be found in race.txt created by Valeros's excellent basic rules parser here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?21835-D-amp-D-Basic-Rules-PDF-Parser
2) Look at the FG XML for an already created race and try to replicate for your new race. Run the races.txt file from Valeros's parser (mentioned in option #1 above) to see examples of the resulting FG XML.
3) Manually enter the race detail in the PC each time a player wants to use that race.
