Yes, you can complete each for credit in the two different campaign modes.

To build on this, you can get credit for a specific Scenario or Module 4 times; once Playing as Standard, once GMing as Standard, once Playing as CORE, and once GMing as CORE (not including a GM's ability to replay/rerun Scenarios using his Stars). You just can't apply credit from a Scenario more than once to the same Character.
