Dual weapon wielding character... how?

FG Noob here...

If a character fights with two weapons, how do you get both attacks and the penalties into the FG Actions tab?

Firstly the ruleet you are playing will have a great bearing on this.
All your weapons will show up in the Actions tab in 5e and Pathfinder.
Add your second weapon and apply your penalties to each - your primary and your secondary weapon.
You may need to add a separate entry for your primary weapon too in case you use it as your only weapon sometimes.
