Add tokens to map when adding to Combat tracker

First I must admit I took a break from playing, I had a heavy workload and I moved so it has been about 6 months. So I am a bit rusty with FG and I am getting old and forgetful.

In my original Campaign we are playing through Dragon Queen, and I am about to start Out of the Abyss.

I just noticed that in Dragon queen when I add an encounter to the Combat tracker it also adds the NPC tokens to the map. But doing the same thing in Out of The Abyss does not add them and when I try to add them manually they scaled way wrong.


I am assuming I am missing something simple.

The encounters work on OotA the same way as they do in HotDQ. Two things however. One: there may not be a map to place the encounter one or Two: It might be a random encounter which won't have been preplaced because the DM would first have to work out what the number in the encounter should be.
