Creating a new story chapter

Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone can help point me in the right direction. I'm trying to create a new chapter in the story section (i.e. a new one of those blue story tabs along the bottom). I'm currently running a published adventure (Lost Mines) but want to add my own story elements in for the time after I've completed Phandelver. Can this be done? I know I can add story elements to existing chapters, just not sure how to create new ones.

Right click an existing Tab and choose Create or New or similar.
To name/label it - type something into Chat and drag that onto the Tab.
This will all change in 3.2.0
