Problems reinstalling fantasy grounds

I recently had to reimage device. I am installing FG again, but when my 5e content is installing, it takes over 30 minutes per attempt, and at the end, it fails running the updater. I am stumped. Any ideas? Thanks

What is the error message you get?

If you have a lot of DLC the update may need to download in excess of 1GB of data.

If you purchased through the FG store, make sure to enter your user credentials in the FG Settings.

If you purchased through Steam, make sure to check the Check Steam for Updates option in the FG Settings.
