Help Needed with connection issues

Hello!! I really need assistance for my connection

I've done the following:

Fixed the internal IP static 192.168.0.100
Forwarded ports creating a virtual server in my Arris TG862NA router/modem
Created an exemption rule for fantasy grounds program in the windows 10 Firewall
Created a inbound / outbound rules for port 1802.

And still getting the FAILURE result in the connection test.

What I'm missing?

I'd appreciate any help to make FG run.

Search for "cmd" in your search bar next to the start menu. Start the command prompt. Type "ipconfig/all" in the window that pops up. Copy and paste that output in a reply to this post. (highlighting text and then right clicking is all that is needed to copy from the command prompt on windows 10)

Take a screenshot of your router firewall settings, and post that.

I don't think the windows 10 firewall needs to be messed with. I never changed mine.

I can't load your attachments or speak spanish, but it looks like your network ip is 192.168.0.12 not 192.168.0.100. Forward your router firewall to 192.168.0.12 and it should work.

Don't know why it changed, up to yesterday it was fixed to the 192.168.0.100. and didnt worked neither with 192.168.0.28 (which was my first try)

I didnt noticed the change in IP a couple of hours ago when retrieve the data at home. Could it be that: I moved the laptop today and used a mobile phone for data transfer before connecting it again at home?

But nevertheless it didnt worked when IP was the same as the router firewall virtual server.

From the screenshots it also looks like the connection being used is public, not private. By default, Windows Firewall blocks FantasyGrounds.exe for public networks - make sure that FantasyGrounds.exe is enabled for public networks in Windows Firewall, or ensure that your network connection is set to Private (if that's a valid option for your connection).

And, as Fudly mentions, make sure you have the correct IPv4 Address used for port forwarding.

And sometimes a simple router reboot after changing these settings can be required to clear the old rule fully...

You can give your laptop a static IP when it connects to your router that will make sure you don't have to change the rule every time your IP changes

Finally could make a connection and will run my first campaign starting today.

Alexsand73 is on one of the (increasing number of) ISPs who is aggregating multiple connections on a single IPv4 address meaning you cannot port forward. Hamachi also would not establish a full connection so we are testing him on my VPN server... Have fun Alexsand73!
